Job summary

New Britain Dental Arts in New Britain, CT is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, manage the front desk, and support doctors with treatment plans.

You will handle high call volumes, schedule appointments, discuss treatment needs and financial arrangements, and enter patient treatment plans. Some weekend shifts may be required to support patient access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Dental reception experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills are required.
• Superior customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
• Reliable commute to New Britain, CT office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients.
• Handle high phone volume and scheduling.
• Schedule appointments for doctors and hygienists.
• Liaise between patients and doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans and discuss needs.
• Discuss treatment options and financial arrangements with patients.
• Estimate, collect, and post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment.
• General office duties (printing, faxing, data entry).
