The role acts as a liaison between doctors and patients, handles new patient information, coordinates treatment plans, and ensures a calm, welcoming environment for patients.

You will greet and check in patients, manage heavy phone volume, schedule appointments, discuss treatment needs, and assist with financial arrangements and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Dental reception experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet & check in patients.
• Handle heavy phone volume.
• Schedule appointments for doctors & hygienists.
• Act as a liaison between patients & doctors.
• Enter patient treatment plans.
• Discuss treatment needs with patients & make financial arrangements.
• Estimate, collect, & post patient payments.
• Follow up on patients with unscheduled treatment needed.
• General office duties (printing/faxing/computer data entry, etc.)
