Job summary

Freeman Health System in Johnson, Arkansas seeks a part-time security professional to maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors and patients. This role requires delivering professional, courteous service and effective de-escalation.

Experience in security or law enforcement and relevant certifications are preferred. You will work independently and support Freeman's mission to provide quality healthcare in a respectful, safe campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or prior military service.
• POST or equivalent law enforcement certification, Corrections certification, Military Police certification, or degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for employees, visitors and patients and protect Freeman properties.
• Assist visitors, employees and patients as needed in a professional, customer service–oriented manner.
• Work independently and maintain a calm, courteous demeanor at all times.
