Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a part-time security professional to help maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors and patients in Johnson, Arkansas. The role emphasizes professional conduct and customer service.

Ideal candidates will have security or law enforcement background, POST or equivalent certification, and a related degree or military police certification.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is dedicated, professional, courteous, customer-focused and outgoing.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or prior military service is preferred.

Job Summary

Primary focus is to provide a safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients, and the security of Freeman properties.

Provides assistance to visitors, employees, and patients as needed, always presenting oneself in a professional, customer service-oriented manner. Works independently.

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours per week

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or prior military service.
• POST or equivalent law enforcement certification, Corrections certification, Military Police certification, or degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice.
