Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Security professional to provide a safe environment for employees, visitors and patients at our Fayetteville, AR campus. Full-time roles are 36 hours weekly (Sun-Mon-Tue, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM); part-time/PRN shifts are TBD.

The ideal candidate has security, law enforcement, corrections, or military background, POST or equivalent certification, and strong de-escalation and customer-service skills. Freeman offers comprehensive benefits and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or prior military service.
• POST or equivalent law enforcement certification, Corrections certification, Military Police certification, or degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients.
• Assist visitors, employees and patients, maintaining professional customer service.
• Work independently to monitor Freeman properties and respond to incidents.
