Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients in person.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain trust and accuracy.
• Follow established practices and confidentiality regarding patient information.
• Maintain records and respond to patient needs with professionalism.
• Work under the area supervisor and adapt to multiple locations as needed.
