Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to greet patients, collect blood samples, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. You will explain procedures, maintain professionalism, and uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all patient interactions.

Under supervision, you will perform daily tasks, ensure timely documentation, and contribute to a safe environment while delivering quality service and a positive company image.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• One or more years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric.
• Customer service in retail or service environments preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Shift/Time Zone: Mon–Thu Friday 6am-3pm Rotational Saturday

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of Synectics to patients during health routines or for insights.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains a safe, accurate workflow.
• Demonstrates leadership while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Performs daily activities under supervision and maintains records and documentation.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment and promotes a positive image.
