Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to greet patients, collect quality blood samples, and prepare specimens for testing. You will explain procedures, build trust with patients, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Under supervision, you will perform daily tasks, maintain a safe clinical environment, and uphold confidentiality while delivering excellent patient service and support to the lab team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explains procedures to patients and draws blood safely and accurately.
