Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative II to draw blood, prepare specimens, and interact with patients across various settings. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will verify demographics, handle labeling, and maintain records, with flexible hours including weekends as needed to meet patient care demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy experience 1–3 years including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.
• Will work weekends/holidays/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients in person and explain procedures.
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and labels post-venipuncture.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide a positive, professional environment for patients and staff.
• Travel to multiple locations as required by business needs.
