Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Patient Services Representative II to be the face of the company to patients in clinics, centers or offices. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for lab testing, and ensure accurate, confidential handling of patient information.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong phlebotomy skills across pediatric and geriatric patients, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Training and leadership behaviors are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally with patients in clinics, centers or doctor offices.
• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and confirm tube labeling with patients present.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and protect patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence.
