Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of related office/clerical experience
• Experience with phone systems or switchboard
• Two years of medical office experience (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries
• Assist patients including wheelchair assistance when needed
• Direct visitors to care units or physicians' offices
• Handle check-in and check-out duties
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA
• Support scheduling, mail, and document preparation
• Enter data accurately in electronic medical records systems
