Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and coworkers while maintaining professionalism.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Educate patients on PPGWNI services and family planning options.
• Record patient encounters accurately in EMR and maintain charts.
