This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and WA-validated Medical Assistant certification, including HIV training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with travel to affiliate sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certification must be approved in Washington State.
• Completion of 7-hour HIV training from WA state.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure positive first impressions.
• Provide patient education on services and contraception options.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy and accurate chart documentation.
• Assist with in-house lab procedures and specimen handling.
• Support clinicians during procedures and patient flow.
