Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Medical Assistant Certification and WA State approval required.
• Completion of 7-hour HIV training and WA registration.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision and strong accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers, EMR, and standard office equipment.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and Saturdays; travel to other sites; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and support the patient experience.
• Safeguard patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Explain services and educate on birth control options.
• Collect specimens, process labs, and manage documentation.
• Assist with in-office procedures and vital monitoring.
• Support clinic management and inventory control.
• Maintain infection control standards and prepare the clinical area.
