Responsibilities

• Review patient meal tickets for accuracy (name, room, diet).
• Set up patient trays with hot/cold items, utensils, condiments and beverages.
• Load trays onto delivery carts and dispatch to units per tray tickets.
• Advise unit staff when a cart has been sent and monitor inventory of supplies.
