Tri County Eye Associates is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our busy Florida office. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet guests, book appointments, and answer a multi-line phone system while assisting with insurance verifications and data entry.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a cheerful disposition, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally.
• Answer and manage a busy multi-line phone system.
