Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans and coordinate care in a fast-paced dental office. You will educate patients on options, insurance, financing, and scheduling while building trust and ensuring a positive patient experience.

You'll work with doctors and staff to improve treatment acceptance and outcomes, participate in training, and help achieve office goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales, healthcare, dental, or patient coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with dental treatment planning, patient consultations, or case acceptance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Conduct patient consultations to review doctor-prescribed treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure patients understand their recommended care.
• Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, financing solutions, and affordable payment options.
• Build strong patient relationships while identifying and resolving barriers that may prevent treatment completion.
• Follow up with patients to encourage scheduling and completion of recommended treatment.
