Qualifications

• Two+ years in quantity cooking and modified diets.
• Food service sanitation training and certification.
• Experience with industrial kitchen equipment.
• Previous kitchen supervisory experience is helpful.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS & First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Handle With Care training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff per approved menus.
• Assist with salad bar, beverages, patient meals, and room supplies.
• Operate the dish machine and support the Executive Chef.
• Assist other Cooks as required.
• Support quality and safety standards in daily kitchen operations.
