Job summary

Calvary Healing Center, a part of Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks a full-time Cook in the Phoenix area. You will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff according to the approved menu cycle, assist in salad bar prep, beverages, patient meals and room supplies, and operate the dish machine.

You will also support the Executive Chef and fellow Cooks as needed. The ideal candidate has at least two years of quantity cooking experience with basic knowledge of

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years experience in quantity cooking, a basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Training in food service sanitation and possession of food service sanitation certification as required;
• Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Prior kitchen supervisory experience helpful.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
• Completion of Handle With Care, within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities
