Job summary

Las Vegas Urology is seeking a patient-focused Front Office employee to join a growing, well-respected practice. You will greet patients, check them in/out, schedule follow-ups, and maintain smooth front office flow while upholding strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Expect teamwork, daily payments processing, and coordination with physicians and medical staff. Prior front office experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Front-Office procedures.
• Skill in operating the practice management systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instruction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Be the face of the practice and excellent customer service is a must!

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in and out; scheduling follow ups.
• Oversee the flow of the front office and answer phones.
• Collect payments and balance at end of shift.
• Scan new patient paperwork and update demographic information.
• Call no-show patients to reschedule and coordinate with staff.
