The ideal candidate will have clinic scheduling experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment. A positive, respectful attitude and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years scheduling experience, preferably in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate clinic phone system and provide patients with appointments.
• Enter new patient demographics and update records as needed.
• Schedule patient appointments per physician requirements and follow updates.
• Assist teammates and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain attendance, reliability and willingness to overtime when needed.
