Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of medical office experience.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals.
• Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with team and support daily office operations.
