Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Associate to support dispensary duties and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will handle orders, process payments at the POS, educate patients on programs, and ensure inventory accuracy while complying with HIPAA and state regulations. The role offers an hourly wage with full benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure HIPAA and cannabis regulations are followed.
• High standards for order accuracy, compliance documentation, and inventory audits.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, track orders, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Experience with POS systems and digital inventory platforms.
• Ability to design and improve workflows for order accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Handle patient issues and complaints professionally with retention in mind, escalating when necessary.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all state and company procedures.
• Learn and operate POS systems to set up patient profiles, check out patients, and deliver exceptional service.
• Commit to the Gold Standard in customer service by building and maintaining relationships.
• Gather patient feedback and communicate questions to appropriate departments.
• Assist educating patients on programs and how to become Texas Original patients.
• Daily compliance with dispensary policies and regulations.
• Contribute to team and company advancement in line with Texas Original direction.
• Process online orders accurately and assist with phone orders.
• Execute daily order fulfillment tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fulfillment practices.
• Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders with accuracy.
