Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Associate in Irving, TX to join a patient-focused team. You will assist patients, process orders, manage inventory, and ensure compliant, high-quality service in a fast-paced medical cannabis environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with POS systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will educate patients about the Compassionate Use Program and uphold state regulations daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure all fulfillment activities align with HIPAA and cannabis regulations.
• High standards for order accuracy and compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and order tracking.
• Experience with POS systems and digital inventory platforms.
• Ability to design and improve workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
• Effective delegation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot supply chain or inventory issues.
• Comfortable handling high-stress regulatory inspections, delays, or system errors.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and perform various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage patients in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Handle patient issues and complaints with retention focus, escalating to appropriate parties.
• Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with state and company procedures.
• Learn and execute point of sale systems to set up patient profiles and check out.
• Commit to being the Gold Standard in customer service by building relationships.
• Gather feedback from patients and communicate with appropriate departments.
• Educate potential patients on the Compassionate Use Program and how to become Texas Original.
• Daily compliance with dispensary policies and local/state regulations.
• Contribute to team environment and company advancement.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to aid and resolve issues.
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently and assist with phone orders.
• Execute daily order fulfillment tasks adhering to regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and fulfillment practices.
• Verify prescriptions, pick products, and pack orders with accuracy.
