Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Patient Financing Representative to support internal partners by resolving financing inquiries, guiding lenders, and processing enrollments. You will work on a team and collaborate with the Patient Financing Manager to ensure accurate, efficient handling of financing workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service or call center roles within healthcare or financing contexts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in financing, dental healthcare, call center or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with credit profiles, loans, and credit card processes is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient financing inquiries with professionalism via phone and Teams.
• Process enrollments and manage lender information in internal systems.
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate onboarding documents for lenders.
• Assist with financing discrepancies and reconciliations as needed.
• Provide guidance to office teams on financing programs and workflows.
