Job summary

Laguna Niguel Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists, help patients understand treatment options, and drive case acceptance with a strong focus on financial options and PPE.

In this role you will support daily schedules, coordinate insurance pre-authorizations, and maintain patient records while upholding the PDS Brand values and delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; travel between offices may be required.
• Experience in dental or medical office settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment options and financial plans to support case acceptance.
• Partner with dentists to maintain productive schedules and maximize patient flow.
• Act as subject matter expert on financial options and insurance pre-authorizations.
• Uphold patient experience standards and PPE in daily interactions.
• Ensure confidentiality and accurate maintenance of patient records.
