East Murrieta Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists to secure patient financial commitments and start the best treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on options, overcome objections, and uphold a Perfect Patient Experience while creating Patients for Life.

The role requires proficiency with the PDS system, supporting clinicians, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications and patient insurances.

• Process-focused with detailed, organized operations knowledge.
• Financial acumen to understand profit drivers and local market competition.

Responsibilities

• Gains a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry recommended by the Dentist.
• Educates patients on treatment choices and overcomes objections.
• Becomes proficient with the PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision-making.
• Executes HC handoff with clinicians on each exam.
• Ensures insurance pre-authorizations are obtained when needed and adheres to regulatory requirements.
