Qualifications

• High school graduate required; 2-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, collections, or sales in healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing and California state insurance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on insurance benefits and cost-of-care options.
• Collect payments and set up payment arrangements.
• Process financial assistance applications and communicate with patients to resolve inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote positive financial experiences.
