Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and explain available payer options.
• Explain HIPAA privacy and collect necessary documentation.
• Submit applications and track status in designated systems.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in EMR and case files.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and mentor peers.
