Responsibilities

• Communication - demonstrate verbal and written communication to support department activities and keep leadership informed.
• Liaison - act as liaison between family, Revenue Cycle, and division leaders.
• Billing - understand Epic billing, prepare and forward patient documentation, review and resolve billing concerns.
• Resource Coordination - coordinate funding options and government/non-government programs to reduce barriers to care.
• Revenue Integrity & Risk Management - follow workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance; escalate discrepancies.
