Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Communication - convey information clearly, support department processes, keep leadership informed, and prioritize information requests.
• Liaison - act as liaison between families, Revenue Cycle, and division leaders.
• Billing - use Epic billing system, prepare and forward patient documents to payers, review and resolve billing concerns.
• Resource Coordination - assist families with funding options and government/non-government programs to reduce care barriers.
• Revenue Integrity & Risk Management - follow workflows to ensure accuracy, escalate issues promptly, and protect revenue.
