Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of receptionist/office experience at minimum.
• Prefer 1+ years of dental administrative experience.
• Familiarity with software and tools used in dental practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate patient statements and contact patients about balances.
• Process payments and assist with collections activities.
• Verify insurance eligibility and schedule appointments.
• Obtain signed treatment plans and ensure smooth checkout at visit end.
• Develop and help manage the dental office's social media.
