Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial counseling to patients, including insurance coverage explanations and out-of-pocket costs.
• Address billing inquiries and payment options with empathy and clarity.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures as required.
• Process patient payments, set up payment plans, and assist with financial assistance applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and billing information.
