• Communicate payment options and pre-payment processes via patient preferred method.
• Prepare and communicate Good Faith Estimates (GFE) per policy.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding estimates, GFEs, payments, or financial assistance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in department meetings.
