Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families to resolve outstanding accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations for services as needed.
• Coordinate with insurers and providers to address denials and eligibility issues.
• Assist patients in obtaining documentation for public assistance and apply for relevant programs.
• Prepare and maintain records related to state and federal programs and regulatory requirements.
