Job summary

Works closely with volunteers to ensure that the patient's, families and visitors needs are met. Directs the escorting of the patients, families and visitors by the volunteers throughout the hospital. Information provider for patients, families and visitors. Coordinate communications between hospital staff, patients and their families.Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers.
