Derm & Rejuvenation Institute is seeking a Patient Experience & Treatment Sales Coordinator to join our physician-led practice. The role focuses on educating patients, presenting treatment plans, and guiding enrollment and scheduling in a professional, ethical manner.

You will be trained in physician-recommended pathways, service plans, and sales techniques to support practice growth while maintaining patient trust.

Qualifications

• The Patient Experience & Treatment Sales Coordinator helps patients move from consultation to treatment.
• You will be trained to understand our services, explain treatment plans, prepare quotes, discuss memberships and service programs, coordinate scheduling, collect payments, and guide patients through the decision-making process.
• You will be expected to sell—but to do so with honesty, professionalism, accuracy, and respect for the patient’s decision.

Responsibilities

• Educate Patients and Present Treatment Plans: Guide patients through treatment plans established by their physicians.
• Sell Services, Memberships, and Treatment Programs: Present treatment quotes with confidence and accuracy, explain membership benefits and enrollment options.
• Follow Up With Prospective Patients: Maintain consistent contact and follow up with patients who have had consultations or quotes.
• Coordinate Scheduling and Payments: Schedule procedures, prepare quotes and payment schedules, and collect deposits and payments.
