Derm & Rejuvenation Institute in Santa Monica is seeking an Aesthetic Patient Consultant who loves skincare and delivering luxury patient experiences. Training is provided and no dermatology background is required.

You will guide clients through product choices, memberships, and aesthetic treatment options, building lasting patient relationships. Ideal candidates are polished, confident, and able to discuss pricing, lead conversations, and support practice growth in a physician-led dermatology

• Experience We Love: Beauty Advisor, skincare consultant, cosmetics sales, luxury retail experience at department stores or specialty beauty retailers.
• No medical background required; training provided for dermatology/aesthetic treatments.
• You are warm, polished, confident, and capable of guiding clients through product and treatment choices.

Derm & Rejuvenation Institute in Santa Monica is looking for a polished, personable, sales-oriented Aesthetic Patient Consultant to join our team.

If you have experience working at a beauty counter, luxury skincare retailer, Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury, a medspa, or another customer-focused beauty environment—and you're ready for the next step in your career,we want to meet you.

Healthcare or dermatology experience is not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident helping clients make decisions about products, memberships, and aesthetic treatments.

What You'll Learn & Do:

In this role, you'll receive training while building real-world experience in:

• Medical-grade skincare consultation and sales.
• Aesthetic treatment education.
• Patient consultation and treatment conversion.
• Membership sales and enrollment.
• Following up with prospective and existing patients.
• Helping patients understand treatment options.
• Building long-term patient relationships.
• Luxury patient experience.
• Dermatology and cosmetic procedure terminology.
• Supporting practice growth through thoughtful, ethical sales.

This is not simply a front-desk position.
