ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to manage Center schedules, support clinicians, and guide patients from intake to treatment. You will coordinate prosthodontists, surgeons, assistants, and lab staff while ensuring a welcoming patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous medical or dental office experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems.
• A true team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Center's clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians.
• Ensure patients receive a world-class experience, from greeting to treatment.
• Maintain operational efficiency through precise scheduling and communication with teams.
• Manage patient intake, forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures.
• Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps.
• Support the General Manager with deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area and assist as needed during daily operations.
