Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants in West Chester, PA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. You will help patients understand treatment plans, guide financial options, and ensure professional interactions.

Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
One year of customer service experience required.
Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
Communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
