Responsibilities

• Inbound inquiry management and handling new patient phone calls.
• Direct and optimize the new patient onboarding process.
• Present clinical recommendations and treatment roadmaps to patients.
• Verify insurance coverages and analyze patient benefits to maximize coverage.
• Conduct financial presentations and finalize payment options.
• Process initial down payments and recurring fees, ensuring accurate account allocations.
• Maintain knowledge of third-party financing alternatives to assist patients.
• Explain and enforce payment policies; perform retention follow-up on outstanding plans.
• Compile daily/monthly performance indicators for the Business Team Lead.
• Collaborate across the office to support growth initiatives and campaigns.
• Contribute to external and internal marketing efforts to drive practice growth.
