Job summary

Morris Heights Health Center (MHHC) is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator, Patient Experience to support initiatives designed to strengthen the experience of our patients and families across the organization. This role focuses on coordinating patient experience projects, tracking outcomes, supporting service recovery, and translating patient feedback into meaningful organizational change.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, access, and administrative teams to move initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Public Health, Health Administration, Community and Human Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient experience and operational improvement projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Support patient satisfaction and Voice of the Patient initiatives, including survey distribution, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify trends in patient feedback, including access barriers, communication concerns, wait times, and workflow opportunities.
• Support service recovery by tracking patient concerns and complaints, coordinating departmental follow-up, and ensuring timely resolution.
