UC San Diego Health’s Office of Experience Transformation seeks an Experience Transformation Coach to analyze current patient experience practices and design improvements. You will work with senior leaders, management, nursing and physician leaders, physicians, faculty and staff to identify opportunities and implement patient experience improvement methodologies and tools.

The role requires leading needs assessments using NRC, Social Media, PARS, and iReport data, performing high-level data

Qualifications

Nine (9) years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field plus five (5) years of experience.
Advanced knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness theories and models.
Experience using Voice of the Customer data and feedback to drive improved processes.
Facilitation, consulting and relationship-building skills are essential.
Knowledge of training design, adult learning, behavior modeling, and process improvement.

Responsabilités

Lead analysis of current patient experience practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and deliver coaching programs to increase patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with senior leaders, management, nursing and physician leaders, and staff to implement recommendations.
