UC San Diego is seeking an Experience Transformation Coach to support patient experience design and implementation. You will work with senior leaders, management, nursing and physician leaders to analyze practices and drive improvements in patient satisfaction.

The role involves leading data analysis, developing coaching programs, and presenting strategies to diverse stakeholders while coordinating action plans and timelines for completion.

Qualificações

• Nine years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field plus five years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness theories to assess, design and implement interventions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project planning abilities.
• Experience using Voice of the Customer data to drive improvements in patient experience.
• Highly skilled in facilitation, consulting and relationship building.
• Knowledge of competency-based training design, adult learning, training needs assessment, and quality management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current practices to identify opportunities to design and implement patient experience improvements.
• Lead data analysis, tracking, reporting, and presentation design to inform decisions.
• Develop coaching programs and consultative support to increase patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to goal setting, action plans, and timelines for project delivery.
• Create content and curriculum for post Leading the Way salon offerings.
• Perform other consultant-related functions as required.
