Qualificações

• Nine (9) years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, healthcare, or related field plus five (5) years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness theories and models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project planning skills.
• Experience using customer feedback data to improve processes and patient satisfaction.
• Skilled in facilitation, consulting, and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data analysis, trend reporting, and strategy development for patient experience improvements.
• Design and deliver coaching programs and consultative support.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff across the organization to implement patient experience initiatives.
