Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Patient Services Specialist to join our world-class team. You will greet patients, manage front desk operations, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with physicians.

Experience in a medical office is preferred, but we are willing to train. You will maintain accurate patient information in Athenaone and Phreesia, answer phones, and help create an extraordinary patient experience.

• Maintains accurate and timely patient information in Athenaone and Phreesia databases.
• Answer telephones and transfers caller to appropriate staff member

EXPERIENCE:

As one of the largest private group practices in the US, BBS is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to join our Location! In general, the Patient Services Specialist will:

• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but we are willing to train.
