Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolves consumer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Adheres to workflows, scripting, and greetings to ensure accurate demographics, insurance information, and authorizations.
• Assesses department schedules to maximize resource utilization and avoid conflicts.
• Initiates insurance eligibility at scheduling for timely authorization procurement.
• Maintains knowledge of educational materials necessary to perform department services.
• Documents interactions and updates consumer records in the systems.
• Achieves individual performance objectives in quality and productivity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
