Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR.
• Perform outreach via reminder calls and emails.
• Manage high‑volume phone inquiries with appropriate protocols.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Process payments at time of service.
• Support general office duties and maintain supplies.
