Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative at In Motion Physical Therapy – Town Center. You will register patients, verify demographics and insurance, and schedule appointments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will explain financial options, collect payments, and help manage patient charts and referrals. The role may involve supporting other locations as needed to ensure smooth patient flow.

Formación

• Experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain financial options to patients.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and practices.
• Register patients, verify demographics and insurance, and collect payments.
• Schedule appointments and enter information into the scheduling system.
• Explain financial options and support patients through registration.
• Assist with referrals, pre-certifications, and chart management as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to queries promptly.
• Support other locations as needed to ensure patient flow.
