Job summary

Responsibilities

• Documents all phone calls in the EMR accurately.
• Schedule appointments and registrations for visits, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Assist patients with insurance coordination and billing forms as needed.
• Proactively request payments and process them following procedures.
